Refund policy

First payment

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.

After that

After 7 days we do not refund a period you have already paid for. You can stop renewing at any time, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and include your payment reference.

When you are paid

We send refunds back by UPI or bank transfer within 10 working days of agreeing the refund.
